आशा है निराश नहीं रहोगे,

उम्मीदें टूटी होगी तुम्हारी,

पर कभी हताश नहीं रहोगे।

स्वभाव वैसे ही रखोगे,

कभी मन में खटाश नहीं रखोगे।

ज़िंदगी खुल के जियोगे,

कभी उदास नहीं रहोगे।

ख्यालों की कश्ती में डूब जाओगे,

कभी ऊपर तैरती लाश नहीं बनोगे।

आशा है कभी निराश नहीं करोगे।

Translation:

I hope you will not feel disappointed,

Your hopes may have been shattered,

But you will never lose hope,

You will keep your nature the same,

Never keep disappointment in your heart,

Live your life to the fullest,

Never remain sad,

You may sink in the boat of thoughts,

But you will never become a floating corpse,

I hope you will never be disappointed.
